Five things that work differently here. Under each one, how you can check it yourself, so you don’t have to take our word for it.
Your domain is yours, and you take it with you whenever you like
If you buy your domain through us and one day you leave, we give you the key to move it wherever you want. You don’t have to ask in writing or wait for somebody to answer.
How you check it: ask for it from your dashboard and it arrives straight away, with nobody having to approve it or type it out.
We won’t leave you without email
If you connect a domain you already use for email, we check that your email will keep working before we touch anything. If we can’t confirm it, we don’t touch it. This isn’t a promise to be careful: the change can’t be made.
How you check it: try connecting a domain that carries email and you’ll see the step stop and tell you, rather than carry on.
No minimum term, no notice period and no penalty
There’s no minimum term, nothing to give a month’s notice of, and no penalty for leaving. It’s set that way on every account, not written into the small print.
How you check it: open your dashboard the day you want to leave: there’s no date to serve and no box stopping you, and no charge for leaving appears on the invoice.
A real invoice, automatically
If you pay for anything, you get an invoice with consecutive numbering, your tax details and the IVA shown separately. Without asking, and without waiting.
How you check it: put two consecutive invoices side by side: the second’s number is the one after the first’s, with no gaps.
The price you see is the price invoiced, with IVA on top
If you ever pay for anything, the price is quoted without IVA, the way one business quotes another, and the IVA is added when the invoice is issued. There are no surcharges and no extras that turn up later.
How you check it: compare the price on the page with the price on your invoice: it’s the same number, plus IVA, and nothing else.
Each commitment is tied to the thing that keeps it: if any of them stopped being true, this page couldn’t even be published.
