Cookie policy

This site sets one cookie, and only if you choose a language. It is called faronda_lang, it stores "es" or "en", and it lasts a year: it is there so the home page opens in your language next time. If you never touch the language switch, nothing is installed. There is no advertising and no tracking across websites. We measure visits with a tool that uses no cookies and identifies nobody, and we count, without identifying anyone, which language each visit arrives in and which it stays in.

We keep nothing else in your browser: the sign-up form works without JavaScript and without storage, so there is no cookie decision to ask you for.

That is why you will not see a cookie banner. Under the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), a cookie that stores the language you chose yourself is a user-interface preference and needs no consent; consent is only required for cookies that are not strictly necessary, and there are none here.

If in future we were to add a non-necessary cookie, your consent will be asked for before it is installed, and refusing it will be as easy as accepting it.
